Lunch
chicken roll-up w/flatbread, lettuce, onion, cucumber, tbsp light mayo, tbsp light italian dressing

Dinner
6" Italian BMT sub from subway

ooh my favorite topic.. to see others.. not mine though

breakfast -
frosted mini wheats and cheerios with blueberries and rice milk

s-1/4 bagel with tofutti

lunch
oatmeal with brown sugar and some maple syrup

s-grapes and two rice cakes with grape jelly

dinner
hamburger on two slices of whole wheat.. oven baked fries and corn

snack
frosted mini wheats with cheerios, blueberries and rice milk

Breakfast: 2 eggs, 1 egg white scrambled in low fat cream cheese with 1 tablespoon ground flax

Lunch: 5oz. chicken with 2 cups slaw

Dinner:hamburger on whole wheat bun with guacamole (sp), mayo, lettuce, tomato and onion... 1 serving sugar free jello for dessert

man girls you are doing good! bea iwish i could eat all that cereal and lose 1/2 a pound! you stink!

breakfast:
1 cup oatmeal w/ 1tsp brn sugar

snack:
1/4 cup cinnamon toast crunch w/ 1/2 cup 1%milk (bad snack!)

lunch:
5.5 oz chicken
green beans
1 oz pasta

dinner:
2 slices light wheat bread
3 oz deli ham
1 tsp light mayo
tad bit of mustard

snack:
1 peach
1/2 banana
mixed into 1 sugar free low cal jello cup
3 cups popcorn

total points for day: 24.5

i find it to be a yummy snack.. I love cereal.. and I go through about 1.5 boxes or more a week.. I know bad bad bad!!!!
