Breakfast: 2 whole eggs, 1 egg white scrambled in Low Fat Cream Cheese and 2 tablespoons ground flax sprinkled on top
Lunch: 2 cups lettuce, 3 slices of tomato, 2 tablespoons gaucamole, onion, 1 small hamburger patty
Dinner: 1 whole wheat pita pocket with 1 tablespoon pizza sauce, low fat pizza cheese and turkey pepperoni.

Calories: 803
Fat: 45--52%%
Carbs: 44--18%
Fiber: 10--0%
Protein: 57--30%

hamburger on two slices of whole wheat with 5 baked tortilla chips

small bag of teddy grahams and animal crackers (small)

dinner
chicken leg and thigh with carrots and 1 potato

1/2 bagel with soy cream cheese

B: bowl of raisin bran and milk, water

L: 2 cups of steamed brocoli, and rice w/butter, diet pepsi

Snack: sugar free jello

D: !/2 chicken fried steak patty, mashed potatos, corn and diet pepsi

S: Skinny cow chocolate ice cream bar

Late night snack` 2 pop tarts...

LOTS OF WATER THROUGHOUT THE DAY....

wow samantha! only 803 calories in one day. i wish i had the will power to do that (well, not while BFing..)

ok i am not even going to break this up into B, L, D, Snacks..cause i ate all over the place with time...

1/2 cup oatmeal w/ brn sugar
2 servings philly steak-ums
1potato bun
1 eggo waffle
1 slice cheese
about 10 oz canteloupe
3.5 oz chicken
w/ a sprinkle of mozz cheese and 2 tbs red sauce
1/2 green beans
2 oz pasta w/ ICBINB spray
1/2 cup cinnamon toast crunch
w/ 1/2 cup 1% milk
mint skinny cow ice cream sandwich

total points for the day: 30
