what are you ladies doing now

I still haven't started... I am so bad.. unless you consider running up and down the stairs 20x a day..

I want to do pilates, but want to make sure my tummy is all shifted back before doing it.. I had a c 9 weeks ago.. and I don't want to make matters worse

I can start light light cardio, but am too lazy

so what are you all doing.. I really need some motivation here ladies

ok where are you girls doing your walking...i know there's no way you live in vegas if you're doing it outside! it is toooo hot here to be outside even sitting by the pool!

i don't have time to myself to go to the work out gym at our complex..so im pretty much stuck with videos and such..so this is what i have finally decided to do after much thought....

i will be doing tae bo.....and this Spri Xpress 10 fitness system:
customizes easily to a 20-, 30-, 40-, or 50- minute workout that includes lower/upper body stregth training plus cardiovascular, stretching, and abdominal exercises. comes with "just move to lose" DVD, Xertube resistance band, two 2 pound dumbbells, and a 65-cm resist-a-ball with the inflation pump..all for 29.99!!!

but both of these i have to wait to come in the mail. i have a friend seding the tae bo tapes and i have to order the workout set.

Hi, new here and haven't started anything yet either.
I do have a tae bo tape i could dig out but found it hard to follow when i first got it. Walking is a whole other story. I don't mind doing it but hate, hate, hate doing it alone.
