hi! welcome to the weightloss board! congrats on your new little one! i just had christian at the end of june. and we have quite a lot of jully mommies here too...some very new moms as well...

anyways, so i just wanted to let you know a little about our board. we have a wednesday weigh-in, just post whatever your weigh0in was for the week. and lately jill (brybaby) has been posting a "what was on the menu" for each day.

feel free to post about anything and everything!

ps. are you breastfeeding? we have some BFing moms here and im sure alot of us would love to hear how your dieting and exercising while BFing!

Hi,
I'm not bf'ing. I tried it with my first and just couldn't get it and didn't try again. Bad mom, i know.

Right now, i'm doing nothing. I keep falling off the wagon (it must be going to fast ) I am going to try and keep snacking down to a minimum, it is a big fault of mine and not eating after supper, this one will be real hard for me because around 9pm, i always feel like i could eat a full course meal. I actually wanted to start this about 2/3 weeks ago and just couldn't.

I have no motivation at all to exercise. I don't mind walking but hate doing it alone, i have been on the kids trampoline but after 2 min. it hurts my legs. I heard jumping for 6 min. is like running a mile but i'm lucky to get past 2 min. with many breaks.

I have support from dh with wanting to lose weight but he doesn't push because he loves me the way i am.

Olivia has her 4 mo appt. on Thurs. so i'm asking the Dr. to see what he can do for me this time.
