I'm with the other 2 girls. Not doing too good this week. My house hasnt been my house (home rennovations) and I've been a little depressed because of it, so I've been eating some BAD things, and not much water the last few days.
I decided today I'm drinking NOTHING but WATER today!
I really need to meet my goal I have set for myself this month. I know I'll feel good if I do.
whew, you girls sound like me! i got off track for a few days and need to get back on track, i basically am but i haven't journaled in like 3 days...NOT good. i haven't been on top of my water intake either BUT i have been drinking alot. it's all i drink anyways. dina, that is what i keep telling myself...if i can make this goal this month i know i will feel awesome! i only have 4 pounds to go!
