breakfast:
a few tsp of oatmeal ( i made a whole bowl and just wasn't hungry
1/2 banana

Snack:
10 oz honeydew melon

Lunch:
trimadvantage meal replacement drink (GREAT NEW FIND! only 2.5 points and it fills you RIGHT up!!!) and it has amazing vitamins and it's a powder that mixes with water so you are getting in your water at the same time!

Dinner:
1 serving of chicken caccatiore (i made this for the first time ever and it was AMAZING!!!)

TOTAL POINTS TODAY: not quite 14.5
but i still have snacks to eat!
