Hi everyone!! I'm certainly not new to JM, but I am new to my diet!!!! SO I figured I'd check in here and get some support. My weight loss plan is pretty simple right now, I'm walking about a mile each day with my daughter in the stroller... (thats about all I have time for in exercise) and just trying to not eat as much carbs and watch the snacking.
Before I got preggo I weighed around 120. I ballooned up to 200 when I was pregnant, and now I'm down around 150. I'd like to get to 120-130ish.

anyways, im so glad you found our mommy weightloss board. you are doing great! you have lost 50 pounds! that is amazing! that is what my total goal is almost....45 pounds. i have lost about 34 pounds so far.
we have weightloss journals above...feel free to make one or read some we have. and check out those stickies above, there some great ideas and sites in them.
