I haven't started it yet. I don't want to add the extra carbs until I know for sure that I can get regular with the exercise. I might have to put it off until the end of October. That way I will be finished taking the girls back and forth to soccer and cheerleading daily. Right now, we don't even get home until almost 6:30, so by the time I feed them and homework out evening is shot.

I do upper body weights in the morning and my treadmill when I can get it in but its nothing regular and I am gonna wait until I can get that regular. It's very similar to South Beach which I have been on since January so it won't be that much of a change. The only difference will be trying to get in 6 small meals a day to where with SB you get 3 meals and 2 snack and I still usually only do 3 meals and sometimes 1 snack.

I really am going to try to get my husband doing it. He isn't big, but I just want him to eat healthier. Plus I want to firm everything up since my weight loss before we start TTC again in January. I will keep you guys updated though...I am excited about it.

i read up on it and me and dh thought about doing the challenge. but it is so much dedication and time that we don't have right now with a newborn and a toddler. good luck with it, it looks great!

it is a great plan, and that's one of the reasons I can't right now with running back and forth with the kids. I never get until late. I do exercise, but I fit it in when I can and this is something that has be done daily....so for sure are gonna wait until after soccer and cheerleading..we will then have down time until softball starts up in the spring.
