You would think after my steady pace of losing lbs I would be soo motivated to NOT eat junk food. But NOPE! Today is a bad day and I'm soo mad at myself.
I really could use some encouraging words girls....I'm soo depressed!!

we all have those days and you can stop it right now! it makes a world of difference to not keep eating junk today. alot of people will say "tomorrow's another day" but i like to think that the next meal is a new meal and the bad eating process which has begun can be corrected by the very next meal or choice to eat something. you know what works so stick with it! (((hugs))) big ones!!

We all have bad days. Just try to stay focused & don't beat yourself up for "cheating" every now & then.

i agree, we all have bad days, and sometimes they are just needed...just pick yourself upfor your next meal

Don't be so hard on yourself. I know when I beat myself up for making unwise eating choices I tend to just give up totally and indulge in EVERYTHING thinking I may as well blow it for the rest of the day. I am learning to also take it meal by meal and if I mess up, oh well I'll do better for the next time I eat. Hugs, you can do it.

Hang in there. I have totally pigged out today too but I will start again tomorrow. Don't worry, just stick with the plan of one day at a time.
