This coming Monday.. I am going to start exercising.. very light arobics for now.. I will build up to weight training and pilates..

I will also start eating healthier.. healthier snacks and food choices...

so on Monday... give me a reminder

You got it!! I also just started exercising. This week doing my Walk Away The Pounds video. It's been a great starter for me.

I'm with ya Bea. I've got to start doing some kind of excercise. I've lost all the weight from the baby and then some, but my body is still all funky and my jeans are tight. So I'll try to remind you.
