For the past week, I have not been doing weight watchers. I have been eating and drinking everything in sight...
I was following the program to a tee and was not losing any weight. just maintaining a week 2 4 pound lost.
I gave up last week. I said if I don't eat anything and stay the safe weight, I might as well, just eat everything I want to eat...
I have gained back about a pound...
I am starting over tomorrow... I already blew it with a coke and cookies for breakfast
I really need some support and motivation to stay OP this week...

i have been really bad as well and i notice that if i maintain my weight but then go eat whatever i want, i gain that week i ate crappy.
we really can do this. a maintaining weight is so much better than a gain. and it is so hard to see that but just always remember it.
on dwlz she says somehting so smart...when you really want to eat something bad, ask yourself if you like it enough to wear it!
((((hugs)))) don't get discourage. realize that it is a vicious cycle and that the worse you feel the more likely you are to eat crappy and then that will only make you feel even worse and so on......and so on....
you can make a change right now and it will make such a difference!
