i got my exercise stuff in the mail yesterday, blew up the ball today (a work out in itself! lol) and am going to start it today! im really looking forward to it and i thought it was interesting that it actually recommends a 24-48 hour break between exercise routines....

o yeah samantha! it was so great! it goes with the workout dvd and it comes with 3 pages worth of just ball exercises! i am totally feeling the burn today. especially in my legs!

and this was too cool...the dvd is broken up into 5-10 mintue exercise routines. so if you only have 10 minutes, the do that, but is you can go into the next routine then you can just flow right into it. it all flows together. i thought i only had 10 inutes yesterday but it turned out i went through 30 minutes! and did 100 crunches. my tummy is soooooooooooooooooo not up to par after this second c-section, but hopefully with a little light exercise here and there it will get stronger and i can step it up a few paces.

there is also a 10-min yoga and a 10-min pilates!!!! im so freakin excited! now there are NO excuses not to do something every other day!

I love love love pilates also!!

I had the core secret set for my ball and memorized them and let someone else use the dvds and i just do it on memory

its wonderful because you don't sweat and have to jump around and you can really feel it

well the pilates was very hard to do with the muscles that are needed because of the c-section. it hurts to sneeze still...so when she said that the muscle we use to cough is what we would be working on i almost peed myself! lol

i was in so much pain in my legs for days! i haven't been able to work out since. today i felt better enough to do it but i didn't remember...go figure. so tomorrow afternoon i am gonna do another work out.

sounds like a great exercise routine! what is it called? good luck. I've wanted to get an exercise ball for a while now. I think walmart sells them.

I have never had a c-section but I can only imagine the pain

I am glad that you are starting to feel better and the soreness is leaving
