Time of day for you to not snack on unhealthy foods?
For me it is the time between when I get home from work and dinner time. I get home around 4:30 - 5:00 and we usually eat around 6:30. I'm always wanting to grab pretzels or chips or bread at that time. My son has weight issues (he is really underweight) so we have to keep his favorite things in the house, so just getting rid of that stuff isn't an option. But I've done pretty well the past few days of eating just nuts or a tbsp of peanut butter instead of chips or whatever. But it's so tough at that time!!!
The hardest time is when the kids go to bed. For a while I used that time to have snacks that I didn't have to worry about kids wanting it. You know how it is with kids, you cant enjoy a meal sometimes. So now I have to break that habit.
Late at night is always the toughest for me. I have a hard time going to bed if I'm the slightest bit hungry. I always try to save a few points to have a slice of toast or small bowl of cereal before bed.

That's me too. Late at night I have to really watch myself.
