Do they offer other things other than the cardio kickboxing class? Is it a regular gym that also offers classes? Seems kind of pricey to me if that is the only thing you could do.. But if its a regular gym where you would have access to other gym equipment and other types of cardio machines etc then its not so bad.. Some gyms cost a lot more than that per month.. I guess its all in what you want to spend your money on.. I personally wouldnt unless there were multiple things I could do at this place

I would yeah... There are some gyms that offer classes such as kickboxing, yoga, spinning, etc into their memberships around that price.. And you would also have access to cardio equipment and weights..

For a karate studio teaching you to test for belts, that is a good price, but for a fitness class, it's a bit high. You can go to a gym and get access to the weights, cardio equipment, classes (more then just kickboxing), and possibly other amenitites like a pool or childcare for anywhere from $30-70 a month, depending on your area. Definitely look around at some of the gyms in your area.

I used to take kickboxing and I LOVED It. It gave me such a fantstic all over body workout. The resistance of the bag really helps firm

I belonged to a boxing gym where they offered kickboxing and boxing classes with a bag. It also had a full gym and a ring, yoga and pilates. It was $400/yr. I'm joining again because I LOVE boxing and kickboxing and I need to get back into shape.

the way I look at it is, if it's something You know you will enjoy and it's something that you know you will do then do it! Try it for a month and see how you like it... then when you get confident enough or motivated enough to join a full gym where those classes and more are offered and you know you'll go then you can always switch.

Do what you think you will enjoy! Then you can say it was worth the money you spent!

I think that's a good idea. Most of the gyms near me are at least $40 a month. I think if you want to do it try it for a month. Just don't commit to a contract.

I agree that looking for a gym for about that price that offers everything would be your best bet. Good luck!
