Okay I know everyone is probably scared right now BUT i just think of random questions and I like to post...

So what are your favorite really healthy for you foods, stuff you would eat and drink even if you didn't have to watch your weight?

For me I love allll fruit, pellegrino and lime, raw baby spinach, vinegar and oil instead of dressing, artichoke hearts, tomatoes, cucumbers....i think the list could go on but you get the gist!

It's great that you're posting! I was actually going to post a "posting challenge" today, but I forgot.

I love stir-fry, cucumbers, light ice cream, water, skim milk, light cheese, and this spinach/fruit salad that's posted in the recipe subforum.

I make a killer homemade chili. It is 96% lean ground beef, 3 kinds of beans, a light spaghetti sauce, lots of spices, and really low in fat per serving. For a big, we're talking HUGE bowl, it is only 571 calories, 75 grams of carbohydrate, 46 grams of protein, and 9.5 grams of fat. A normal size bowl is like a third of that.

Smoothies! Throwing fruit, yogurt and skim milk into a blender... and sometimes diet hot chocolate to give it a kick!
