Breakfast--2 pcs whole wheat toast with spray butter, 1 whole egg with 1 egg white and 2% cheese, homemade hashbrowns with spray oil, oj (wanted it to feel like I was going out for breakfast)
Snack--skim cappuccino
Lunch--red. fat stuffed chicken manicotti with broccoli
Snack--light ice cream
Dinner--several squares pizza, 2 pc sub sandwich, skim milk
Snack--30 cal dark chocolate
Water--over 100 oz

Exercise--bike and stepper--45 min

Breakfast- 2 pieces of toast whole wheat w/light margarine
Lunch-- 4 chicken strips
Snack--
Dinner-- 2 grilled cheese (Non fat cheese) on whole wheat

Exercise-- 1.5 miles walked

Water- 45 oz
