What's going on today?

Breakfast--2 NG blueberry waffles with sf syrup, oj, banana
Snack--Fiber One bar
Lunch--big salad with gr. chix, light ranch, 60 cal pudding cup
Dinner--red. fat enchilada bake, skim milk
Snack--cereal and milk
Water--120 oz.

Exercise--completely decided my body is too tired to do much, so I just did 20 minutes of Yoga (didn't do TJ--my body decided it needed to rest after last week)

Breakfast- oatmeal with LF soy, OJ
Snack-- fiber one bar
Lunch- turkey sandwich on flaxseed bread, apple, yogurt
Snack--carrotts with 1 TBSP light ranch, low fat pringles
Dinner--3 oz salmon, mashed potatoes, broccoli
Snack--canned peaches

Water--82 ounces

Exercise--2.5 mile 54 minute walk

Breakfast-- smoothie (blueberry and banana w/ kefir)
Snack-- hard-boiled egg, EM's in apple juice
Lunch-- large salad w/ sprouts, ranch dressing, ww crackers, and cheese
Snack-- hot cocoa
Dinner-- skipped
Snack-- handful pretzels
Water-- (measured in 34 oz cups) 2

Exercise-- 5 min. stretching; 9 min. on bike; 48 min. WATP 3-mile w/ walk belt; 5 min. stretching

Breakfast-- 1 egg, 1 sausage patty 1 piece of cheese on 2 pcs of white toast
Snack-- Strawberry fruit & grain bar
Lunch-- 6 inch veggie sub from subway, bbq baked lays & diet pepsi
Snack-- apple
Dinner-- marie callenders sweedish meatballs, egg noodles & green beans
Snack-- cheese cake (mmmmm)
Water-- 120 oz

Exercise-- 30 minutes on eliptical trainer

Lat pull overs w/ weights
Shoulder presses w/ weights
Bicep curls w/ weights
Tricep kickbacks w/ weights
Bike - 45 min
Stretching for 10

Breakfast: lowfat breakfast toaster egg & cheese thing
Lunch: Grilled Tilapia & Rice Pilaf with broccoli at Applebees WW style
Snack: pudding cup
Dinner: Flatbread chicken sandwich with steamed mixed vegetables
snack: 100 calorie chips ahoy snack pack

water: 64+ oz (stopped counting once I got to 64)

exercise: 30 minutes on the treadmill - 2 miles (yes, I know I'm slow)

Did you make the flatbread sandwich or get it somewhere? I've been seeing these on TV a lot.

Also, 30 min for 2 miles isn't bad. That's about what WATP does, and it can get pretty quick on those videos.

Dinner--Spagetti, whole wheat garlic toast, mixed veggies
Snack--skipped (slept through it)

I strive for 2 miles in my work out everyday. I think 2 miles is great!!!
