Do you count deep cleaning as exercising? Is there a certain point or thing that makes you decide it's actually exercise?

Usually I consider "exercise" to be what I do above and beyond my normal activity. One exception is snow shoveling. I'd also consider carrying/stacking firewood to be exercise on days there is a lot that needs to be split and stacked.

I cleaned the house for about six hours today, and I will be folding laundry for probably 30 minutes tonight. If I can't get anything else in, I'm going to count that as my exercise. I'm so tired from cleaning, but I might squeeze something else in anyway.

Thanks for the replies!

I do not count cleaning as exercise. If cleaning burned that many calories I would be super skinny.

Since that's all I did yesterday for 8 hours, should I count myself out of the perfect streak then?
