How is your ankle doing? And are you getting some decent food now at least?

Thanks, ya'll! It's doing better. The outside (where the bony part sticks out) is much better, but that one spot in the front right at the bottom of the leg is still really bad. I have been able to at least get a shoe on and walk some, but I have to keep the brace on for 4-5 more weeks before I can start the rehab exercises. But since I'm able to get up and move around, I went grocery shopping while DH was at work the other day. Although, I'm not sure Wal-Mart likes me playing race car driver with their motorized wheelchair...LOL. So since there is only healthy stuff in the pantry, DH or the kids have to cook it instead of running to the store to get junk. As for exercise, I'm able to do some things here at the gym, just not anything where I would use my ankle or be standing for a long period of time. So I modify things so I can still teach my classes. Like my kickboxing class today, I'll do seated and not do the kicks. My pilates class last night, I did without doing the traditional crosslegged seat and without pointing or flexing that foot. So, even though I can't do the aerobics stuff I'd like, I can still workout.
