Post what you plan on doing this week.

M: 50 min TJ CP 3 with weights, 30 min WATP or 40 min BL low intensity
T: 20 min TJ Ab Jam, 45 min bike/stepper
W: 45 min TJ CP 1 with weights, 40 min BL low intensity
Th: 50 min BL Sculpt Max
F: 50 min TJ CP 3 with weights OR 60 min bike/stepper
Sa: 45-60 min bike/stepper
Su: 40 min Yoga Booty Ballet

Total Minutes: 415 (on low end)

**Not sure exactly when I'll be working out after school this week, but I put those days has Monday and Wed. for now. I'm off starting Friday for spring break.

I'm not sure what I'm going to do other then teaching my classes, but I'll post the classes I'm teaching and will add in the other stuff as I do it.

Monday--Pilates, 30 minutes; Circuit, 30 minutes plus stretch
Tuesday--Kickboxing, 30 minutes; Yoga, 30 minutes
Wednesday--Stability Ball, 30 minutes; Yoga, 30 minutes
Thursday--Pilates, 30 minutes; Stability Ball, 30 minutes; Pilates, 30 minutes
Friday--Stability Ball, 30 minutes; Yoga, 30 minutes
Saturday--Power Hour, 60 minutes

Monday: 30 minutes eliptical machine & house cleaning *deep cleaning*
Tuesday: 30 minutes eliptical machine & upper body strength training
Wednesday:30 minutes eliptical machine
Thursday: 30 minutes eliptical machine & upper body strength training
Friday: 24 minutes cardio max video & 2 mile walk
Saturday: 24 minutes cardio max video & 2 mile walk
Sunday: REST!!!
