Weight lifting with a twist. Basically, you multiply the amount of weight you lift by the number of reps you do and get a total weight lifted that day. For example, if you use 5 pound dumbbells for a set of 20 bicep curls, thats 5 x 20 = 100 pounds. Add together all of your weighted exercises for the day to get a total. Lets see how many tons we can lift!

Monday--880 (baby lifts...bench press and triceps w/ 22 lb baby)
Tuesday--0
Wednesday--0
Thursday--2500 (various things w/ 8 lbs and arm movements while on bike/stepper w/ 1lb weights)
Friday--0
Saturday--1100 (various exercises w/8 lbs, 5 lbs w/BBBB, 1 lb with bike)
Sunday--0

Total--4480

Monday--Did Pilates and Gazelle, no weights
Tuesday--Did Yoga on the Ball, no weights
Wednesday--Stability Ball class using 8# weights (not counting body weight exercises)--1600 pounds
Thursday--Stability Ball class using 8# weights--1600 pounds
Friday--Stability Ball class using 8# weights--1600 pounds
Saturday--Not sure hohw to count circuit training with hydraulic equipment, so I'm estimating it at about the same as my stability ball class since I felt about the same after as I do after teaching--1600 pounds
Sunday--Rest
