Breakfast--ww toast w/red. fat pb and banana, HS juice
Snack--skim latte (homemade)
Lunch--turkey BLT on ww toast w/light mayo, baked sweet potatoes
Snack--leftover spinach/fruit salad
Dinner--turkey meatloaf, mashed potatoes w/ brown gravy, asparagus, skim milk
Snack--cereal and milk
Water--at least 96 oz

Exercise--90 min bike w/a little jogging
