How many glue sticks do you go through a week?

We've done two lap books this week and wasted 3 glue sticks already!

0 because I wouldn't use glue sticks! Glue sticks will peal off, spray on glue is the best.

We don't lapbook, but I scrapbook. I don't like glue much and instead prefer the double sided tape that comes out of dispensers. Like this one: EZ Runner. It's much cleaner and easier than glue. It would get expensive, though. Even buying them in bulk at Costco they aren't cheap.

We haven't started gluing down our stuff on that first one we started, so I have no idea how much glue we will use.

A LOT!! But Kitty Cat is right- the first one we did some of the stuff is already peeling off so I'm looking for a better alternative! I heard glue dots were great!

His Addition lap book is pealing but I can't use spray but he expects to use it immediately. I guess we'll have tons of glue sticks come august. I'm going to look into alternatives though. Sprays not possible because of his asthma.
