I voted other simply because we more or less go with the calendar for Noah but do as we please with the other kids!

We use the school calendar. I like the idea of haveing 3 months off like we always have. Plus it makes " going back to school " an event. Also, all of the other kids in our neighbor hood and family go to PS so it's easier to schedule things with them.

Year round. I've never liked someone else dictating my schedule

I said other. Although we do take the summer off like public school, we don't follow all of their other scheduled days off like spring break, Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc. We do take off for Thanksgiving & Christmas, but not necessarily when the public school does.

We are "other/year round". We are rather political about it, their is no school separate from life, and we are always living, so we are always schooling.

I plan to go year round, but let summer be a little more lax. I like year round and did when I was growing up because we were able to take more time off for Christmas- which was good for my parents since it is a stressful month.

We use the school schedule. But mainly because we JUST pulled them out and that is what they are used to. Plus, I really need this summer for figuring out next year and I am definitely going to need the break because of the baby. I think after next year though, we may go to year round.
