One more flew away. And one more was born! There was one chrysalis left. We were starting to think nothing was going to happen with that one, but a full two days after all the rest we have another new butterfly. Her wings are still all curled up, so she is not ready to fly yet. So there are still three in the box in the yard. We'll see how many are still here in the morning.

Where did you get your caterpillars? I am thinking of ordering some but am skeptical. We haven't seen any crawling around the yard either.

One more question. Did you do the regular shipping method or the live Fedex option. If you did the regular option about how long did it take to recieve it? Just wondering bc I hate to end up with dead larvae.

I just had it sent by regular post. I think it took about a week. But they come with their food right in the jar. So they will probably be eating all the way there. Have fun with them!

Thanks. I went the regular too. I couldn't justify the $12 extra. Keep your fingers crossed for us.
