We have readers from the HOP that we have. The first one is cat, ran, tap, and can. He would take the book and read it to Doug and would NOT read it to me. I had no clue why! It hurt my feelings at first, but I figured he would read it to me when he was ready. Lo and behold, about a week after he had been reading it to Doug, he brings it in and decides to read it to me. He did a great job. Of course I told him so and his reply was, "I know!" Little turkey! I think he has it memorized now unless he's just speed reading.
