If so, can you recommend books or whatever you're using? How old is the child you're using them on? The school we're looking at sending Ben to this Fall (kindergarten) is a private homeschool academy (2 days in school, 3 days at home, a university model with a classical approach). They'll be teaching Latin starting in ... I think .. 3rd grade, (which means I will too!), so I'd like to get a head start on it myself.
We're doing Romanian now, but we've done Latin. Most of the programs don't start until 3rd grade. We used Song School Latin which is a fun introduction to "conversational" Latin if there could be such a thing. It uses songs to help the kids remember the words. It's geared toward K-2 grade and can be done in either Classical or Ecclesiastical Latin (we chose Classical since we are not in a church that uses Latin ever). I believe Prima Latina also has a program for under third grade.
