I'm busy doing research on curricula for next year (2nd Grade) and stumbled across this one. Has anyone heard of or used it?

I've heard good things about it. Never used it myself.

I used portions of it (there were some books I didn't like, so we didn't use them, and I replaced with other things, or we just didn't do that item) with my niece and nephew, and we all loved it. I think it was their favourite part of our days, and it rarely took us more than perhaps 1/2 an hour of reading and a 1/2 hour of activity in a day, if even that long. Now, of course, we did Year 1, since I had a 4 and 6 year old, but it doesn't look like Year 2 would take much more time. The biggest thing I found was that it took a little effort to schedule, but because they have the week-by-week readings listed, it really wasn't hard to spread out into a week.
