Target finally called today and Matthew had his first interview for the "big" position he was really hoping to get. He should have a call tomorrow for the second interview. I so hope this is it! But, I am better able to handle it *if* it doesn't happen, I think.
We are okay for right now. UE SHOULD be here in one more week and we should be able to make it for 2 months without it being too back.
My Dewy Doggie (Juliet she is 13 years old) was bit by a spider, we think it was a wolf spider, and she was treated for free by Matt's close friend. I can't tell you how much this man has helped us since Matthew has lost his job. He has really been a blessing to the doggies we love and to us. He says it is nothing, but to us it isn't. To not have to worry about how to get our fur babies treated is one thing that leaves us with a steadier heartbeat.
I am so thankful for friends who love us and family who hold us close.
I have had a horrible cold and it has turned into a sinus infection, I believe. I have been sick for a week now. We have company coming from out of town and I hope I am up to it. *sigh*
"I am a midwife. It is not just what I do, it is what I am, and I grow in it."
I hope this is it. Thank heaven for great friends!
