I'm assuming Austin probably needs some sort of vocabulary &/or spelling. Are there any good sites out there that give you spelling/vocabulary words for free instead of buying a book like wordly wise? Also, which would you suggest I do... spelling words where he just learns how to spell words or vocabulary words where he learns the word's spelling & definition? I can't remember at what point in school I went from learning spelling words to learning vocabulary words. Actually, Austin just said he did vocabulary words last year in reading class (he had to learn definitions but not necessarily how to spell those words) but no spelling words so it seems that I should probably do vocabulary words with him next year if I do anything. Thoughts? Anyone know of any good online spelling/vocabulary lists I could use?
