I might kick myself later, but I turned down several things. People had bits and pieces of things they tried and didn't like, so there was MUS, Right Start, etc. for like 50 cents or a dollar. Oh well. I just didn't want to waste the money on things that I knew I wouldn't use because it was only part of the curriculum, ya' know?
What I DID get was 5 hardback classics for $1/each (Call of the Wild, Three Muskateers, etc.), a critical thinking book for K-3rd for $3.00 (because Ben loves puzzles and stuff), and R&S 3rd grade English set for $25. Part of it is used (no markings) and part of it is new. I don't know if we'll get to it this year, so I didn't order it. I'd been debating it. I'm glad I found it used so at least I have it this year or next whenever we need it.
