I have a icky stomach bug that hit me last night ( fun) so I've been more or less couch bound all day.. I hate being still so I got Declan and Ziah's portfolio's and Education plans all done!! I am so glad that they are done for another year. Also for the first time in the 4 years we've been doing this the same Deputy Super is there as was there this time last year.. Never have I reported to the same person twice..lol.. Usually one gets my LOI and one my end of the year stuff..lol. I don't anticipate an issue as this is the 5th year we've reported.. Should be smooth sailing.

I didn't do Noah's because we are still not sure about him at Community College.. All depends on this test on Wednesday how many classes he will be taking. We technically have until August 15th to send everything in so I will wait..lol

How many samples do you put of each subject? You always do a really nice job with them. I tried to make a "memory year book" this year and it's just not working out.

I put about 1-2 samples a month in it. i store papers in a hanging clear plastic door thing liek u see at the Dr or in an office.. there are 3 sections..on for each kiddo..when it's full I go thru and add what I want to the portfolio. This way stuff is in basic order and come the end of the year all I have to do is the pictures.

For me I'd make one ether way..it's not required here..the kids CAT tests are enough..but I do one for myself to remember everything.
