What sort of grammar are you doing? Why are you teaching geography and history separately? (Just curious... I'm doing the same thing. LOL) Looks fine to me.

They are doing Ancients (SOTW 1) so they'll get some geography with it but we are going to study (lightly) the 50 states this year as well so they have some idea of the USA geography.

Oh and I changed my mind on art since I posted that last one. We are using Draw Write Now, now. I am so excited it looks like a good program for learning to draw. My DD's should love it.

For grammar we are using First Language Lessons.

Amazon says DWN is for ages 9-12. Is that right?? Am I looking at the wrong thing? (I googled it and found a boxed set of 8 on amazon.) I'd love to find something to help B with drawing. We already did Kumon, and he loved it, but he still stinks at anything in the same galaxy as an art book. LOL! I know part of the problem is skill level, part is interest level, and part is that he's all boy and just doesn't care, but sheesh... when he comes home from summer camp with a "drawing" of a shark from his shark class? Looks like scribble (literally), and has no sense of color or anything like that.

Draw Write Now: Drawing Books for Children - Draw Your World - Unit Studies

It says towards the bottom of the page that book 1 could be used by a 6yr old or younger.

It is cheaper on the draw write now website too.

What is the recommended age range?
Draw Write Now was created for the primary grades, ages 5 to 9, but the lessons are used by preschools, multi-age classes, homeschools and upper elementary classes. Four year-olds and 12 year-olds enjoy the series, and enjoy doing the lessons together!
Quoted from their website.
