The past couple of weeks Thea has been spelling her first name verbally and gets it right every time. I am so proud and so is she. And she can recognize it in print too. We are working on writing it and she is good at the T and the H herself but still needs help with E and A.
Great job, Thea! That's exciting I love it when they start to understand how letters and words work. I was completely flabbergasted when Cassie first wrote her name, like Our babies are getting so big!

Yes, I know I need a new picture .
Very Exciting! My girls are interested in their names too - Arianna has spelled hers a few times, but not consistently. She does say it has a lot of a's and n's though LOL. Serenity gets the S-e-r but then goes to a-n-n-a like how her sister's ends LOL - the fun of twins, they don't always understand how they are different! They both recognize their own names (and can tell me which one is sissy's name) in print, so they are getting there
