Last week Thurs I had a Dr appt back where we used to live and then over the weekend, my friend and I had a sale up there as well, so the kids and I went to stay with my parents for the weekend. The kids had planned on staying with them then the rest of this week to go to their VBS. Well, Dr ordered a ultrasound for me and so I had to stay past the weekend and for the test on Monday. Well, this whole time it has been really hot and mom has been a bit moody I would say. I guess just not used to so many people in the house at one time. So she was constantly complaining to everyone about whatever. Getting on the kids for this that and the other. Both Whit and Matthew kept telling me that they wanted to come back home with me when I came back Monday evening. Well, long story short, Matthew had a blast at VBS and changed his mind that he could deal with her complaining to go see his friends at VBS. Whit however decided that she had had enough and wanted to come home, I don't blame her, I had enough too!! Anyway, mom got upset that Whitney wanted to come home. Said that Whitney used to be there all the time and never wanted to go home before and now she has turned into a "momma's girl" because she doesn't get out enough!!! WHAT???? I told her that had nothing to do with it. She continued on and on that is why Whitney was acting the way she was! UGH!!!! I had even talked to my dad Sunday about how mom was and that the kids were wanting to go home then because they were tired of being yelled at. I know he talked to her and she had then chilled out the rest of Sunday.
