For those of you that do Bible as part of your extracurricular what do you do with it? Do you do a specific curriculum, a devotional for kids, and online kids study? The kids will be starting AWANA in September and I know through that they will have verses to memorize, etc I just wasn't sure what everybody did for this?

I use curriculum. It is from CLP... it is called studying God's word .. it is a workbook and mg kids love it. For the past 2 years, my son went thru the old testament. This year, he will be reading thru the new testament. It runs around $8 thru rainbow resource

I've used a mix of Rainbow Lessons, Abeka, ABC, Waldron, and some free stuff online. This year, we're trying out R&S for the first time. I think I'll like it (5th thru about 9th... quickly, and just for chronology since we've already done 2 years of that). I also plan to use Apologia at some point, and I have some things at home we'll do as well (financial stewardship, apologetics, how we got the Bible, and so on).
