Dh and I are taking the kids out school supply shopping for the new season today!

It is always so much fun!

New backpacks (for regular trips to the Library for studies)
new crayons and markers. notebooks, glitter and all kinds of messy, fun school supplies.

Isn't shopping for school supplies fun? I'm so excited for the new season! Fall is always the most fun!

We've been doing some shopping too We got new notebooks, pencils, colouring supplies, and erasers. They just got new backpacks a few months ago, but we still need to stock up on some art supplies

I love shopping for supplies this time of year... partly because I'm able to buy whatever I want rather than going by someone else's list.

I bought a couple things yesterday (notecards, a writing notebook, markers) but I am taking her with me on a 'girls day' today to get some more! She is very excited

I love school supplies. Between curriculum and supplies, I am addicted to anything related to school

This is my first year shopping for school supplies for homeschooling rather than public school. I am so excited. We already have backpacks (got them FREE with a coupon at the local grocery store) and I've picked up crayons, markers, colored pencils. I'll hold off on notebooks until they mark them down after school starts. (Gotta love notebooks for $0.05!) The kids won't be back from their Dad's house until September 14th, so we will do most of our shopping that weekend.

This is my first year shopping for school supplies for home and not public school. This is also the first year that I am not shopping for my own classroom. It was nice to get out with Ady and focus on her and not 25 other kids. I love shopping and planning for school! It's an obsession of mine!!! I have been planning and reorganizing the classroom space.

ive been picking things up here and there rather than doing a big shopping trip. The schools here have been back in session for a while so most of the supply sales are over now.

being our first year, im finding it difficult to know what we will need. i hope i bought enough and the right things.
