Here\'s our question of the day for Monday!

What is the dumbest thing that you\'ve ever gotten in a fight with someone over?

When I was in eighth grade, our math teacher would have us grade our own quizzes and then call out the answers to him. It was the honor system and you never knew when he was going to collect the papers to make sure that everyone had given their correct score. So, while you COULD cheat and tell him a higher score than you actually got, there was always a chance that you\'d get caught.
Well, most of the time, I was a very honest girl, but one day I decided to succumb to temptation, and I gave him a higher score than I actually got...and my best friend lit into me! I felt guilty enough as it was, but she reamed me for an hour or so, arguing about why I should go and tell him my lower score. It was only after sending me through the wringer that she tils me that she was just joking in the first place, she didn\'t care what I had told him about my score! It\'s amazing that we\'re still friends!

So, share YOUR dumbest fight!

Someone argued with me about the pronunciation of my name when I was about 13. My last name was Bowie. Boo-ee. He (an adult!) insisted it was Bough-ee. He was adament and quite serious. The stupidest part? He lived in Bowie Maryland. The pronunciation is the same as my maiden name because it's named after distant relatives of mine.

In 3rd grade, I got into an argument with a boy in my class about the color of my hair. It's dark brown and he kept calling it black. As if there's much difference between black and dark brown. It's just something I've always been sensitive about.
