Other than language arts, math, science, and social studies related courses, do you teach anything extra at home and/or do you outsource anything extra? If so, what?

We don't do anything out of the house. It's far too costly for us, especially for all three.
Outside of our primary subjects we also work on these ones...
Technology, Foreign Language(not part of our LA), Home Ec., Physical Education, Music(includes piano, will include guitar), Art, ...
I know there are at least a couple more, but I am seriously drawing a blank here, lol. When I remember them, I'll add them. We do service projects too, not necessarily as a course, but a lot of times we do a bit of research and studying before, during and after the project. It depends entirely on what the project actually is, or what it's for.

We do Latin and piano at home, and gymnastics and bowling outside the home. We've done art in the past, but it always gets pushed to the back burner, it seems.

The kids pursue interests on their own, but without outside activities and I don't teach extras. For one thing, with six students it's all I can do to teach core subjects. I feel guilty sometimes that we can't enroll the kids in extra classes, but with so many kids and we live 15 miles from town.. it would just be impossible. One of our boys is taking piano lessons from a neighbor, though. He helps them out with chores from time to time and gets the lessons in exchange.

That's how it is with us, too. Though my daughter is planning on taking horse riding lessons this summer. She'll be paying for 1/2 the cost (at least).
Another thing for me is that I don't want to just drop my kids off somewhere. Maybe when they're teens...but not at 8 years old and younger. So any extra classes we enroll in means that ALL the kids would have to go with me and sit and wait.

at home we do art, music, home ec, and peace so far. Im hoping to add ASL and piano. Right now he does karate and cub scouts outside of home. We are looking into spanish lessons either outside the home or something we can do at home where we can learn together because I need to learn as well.

At home we do music (piano right now, I play and DH's best friend is an amazing pianist and offered to help), phys. ed, art, and we'll soon be starting French. I plan to do ASL in the future. My oldest two (4 and 5) help with cooking and chores too, so I guess you could say home ec

We do music at home and he does art outside of the home.
He also takes Tae Kwon Do three times a week, which we count as physical ed.

Rebecca's attention span is not old enough for piano lessons yet (I think maybe I'll try the Alfred's books with her and see if that holds her attention better). This fall she WILL do piano lessons at home.
Both older children go to gymnastics (paid by my grandmother). Our church has a children's choir, and AWANA, so they do those as well.

We do art, latin, and P.E. at home. My older daughter takes guitar lessons, and is in gymnastics. My younger daughter takes Irish Dance lessons and competes in competitions. They both take a religion class through our church.

Gymnastics outside of the home and at home she helps cook and we do crafts. Next year I hope to teach her finger knitting.

We've enrolled them in various art classes. They have a girls group that is similar to girls scouts every other week. I teach them home ec skills as they are interested. My oldest wanted to learn how to crochet, where my second wanted to learn to do hand stitches to make felt food. My second is very interested in learning to cook, so she is learning and making her own recipe book of things she can make.

We do art, German via Rosetta Stone, PE (running and we go to open gym and open climb at our rec center), German dance (free and we dance at Oktoberfest, State Fair, etc), gardening, sewing, cooking. I would love to get my 4 year old in art classes in a few years. Drawing is her passion.
