no not really, even though im irish. we will wear green but thats about it

No, his feast day falls on a Sunday of Lent so we will not be doing anything special this year.

When I was a kid my mom used to dye our milk green. Eew.

With my own family? My husband will sometimes wear his kilt but other than that, we don't "do" anything.

we always do the dying the milk green. my mom did it for me and my son loves it when we do it for him. We usually eat corned beef and cabbage although we have been eating mostly vegetarian for several years its one that we normally still eat.
i was planning to do some little St. pat's day activities but its not on a school day this year and my son isnt all that into it so we probably wont bother. We'll wear green though.

We did a "mini unit" this week and talked about the history of the holiday (I got a great book at the library that explains it so kids can understand), we did a few themed worksheets, and a couple of crafts. Tomorrow we will all wear green, play a St. Patrick's Day game (a graphing game), and I plan on some green/shamrock shaped food.

No, not really. Hubby brought some shamrock cookies home. I may try to find a green shirt in my closet today....that's about it.
