I am looking forward to doing home school with my little guy (15 mo now), in a couple of years. Any suggestions in the meantime? I think just playing with shapes, learning colors, body parts, reading to him and letting him scribble is right for now. I will be home schooling my 12 year old/6th grade this year. Well, he will be 12 in about a week. I will have my hands full with that. 7th grade is about the time I started slacking off in school, so well, although I took a year of college...some of this stuff will be a bit newer to me, than the stuff from previous years. It should be fun learning so much stuff this year.
Jewelry for yourself, or for a friend. Breastfeeding aides, beautiful bracelets, earings and more.
I think DeiselsWife is right - PLAY!! Read to him when your other son is working on something. Get out the playdoh and let him squish it around. Maybe get a plasic box and fill it with rice and hide little things in it for him to find...obviously with supervision so he doesn't choke! (I said that not because I thought you wouldn't think of it, only because I wanted to make sure nobody thought I was a complete idiot! I could see people thinking, "What is she, NUTS?")
