healthy that is the hard part, I need the meals to be healthy we hav ediebetes and heart disease in our family so we want the kids to learn how to eat healthy as kids so they wont have to relearn later
up until this year we alwasy cooked together but third grade? AND preschool, AND the baby I jsut don't have time to put together meals every day KWIM?
anyone have favorite easy recipes they like to make?
I have some I can, and some tips, like If i cut up hot dogs and throw them in the salad my kids will eat it

Your soup recipe sounds good. I don't know if my recipes are as healthy as your after though.
The easiest and quickest would be apricot chicken, but I'm not sure how the salt ranks. In the crockpot place chicken, a packet of french onion soup and a tin of apricot juice. later I chop and add the vegies.
