I make a lot of my son's worksheets, too. When he gets a bit older I will likely use more curriculum items that I purchase and not make a lot of them up, but for now I do a good job. We do purchase some of our supplies, but very few; most come out of my head or off of the internet.
Sounds like she really enjoys school. Why not pick a book like 'The very hungry caterpillar' and make some lessons around it it. Or pick a theme from off the net, or a theme she is intrested in and then find things to go with it.
