i live in North Carolina and i have a younger sister that is 16 years old and married a Marine...She is wanting to drop out of school because of the pain she is going through public school and everyone talking. Does any of you ladies happen to know anything about homeschooling in North Carolina that you can tell me. Do you know of any requirements that i must have? Is there a test i must take?
