Right now we're using Primary Language Lessons and I have decided I just don't like it. So now I'm looking for something else. Does anyone have any suggestions?

We are using a Spectrum L.A. 2nd grade workbook and Sonlight's writing program. I'm not really happy with sonlight's program at all and the Spectrum workbook is good but doesn't seem to be enough by itself. I will probably use something different next year. I'm using Shurley English with my 5th grader and it's good, but he's not really loving it and it needs a separte writing program. Sorry, I'm not much help, just thought I'd share what we're doing.

Sherry, how do you like Abeka for writing?
