Well it's 7am.. I'm up and ready.. we have to be at a friends at 9:30 for craft day. There is no school for the OS so Noah is going to a friends. He hates being dragged with us to "playdates" for the 4 and under sect.. I don't blame him one bit.. so as often as possible people come here and if that doesn't work I try and find a better place for him to be!
After craft will be the normal lunch, naps etc routine.. Then dinner.. I have 5 more chicken breasts to cook.. we had 4 last night.. I know it sucks to cook the same thing 2 nights in a row but I am too lazy to seal them up for the freezer and then thaw something else out..lol.. any idea's how to make it different? We had it cooked with a can of cream of chicken and herbs last night..

Ooo oooo, I do I do! *jumps up and down and waves arms* It would probably require going to the store, but the recipe is VERY worth it!
Get a Pillsbury Roll-Out Pie Crust - sold in the refrigerator section with the cans of biscuits - a bag of frozen mixed veggies, a can of cream of chicken soup, and a can of cream of potato soup (or whatever "cream of" soup catches your fancy, they all work!). Boil your chicken, debone and remove skin (obviously). Mix chicken, soup, and veggies with about a half a cup of milk (enough to make it gooshey). I usually sprinkle in some garlic salt and pepper and stuff like that. Put one Pillsbury crust in the bottom of a pie pan, cover with the other, pinch sides together and cut vents in the top. Bake at 375 for 40 minutes.
This is the BEST chicken pot pie in the UNIVERSE, and I think the crust plays a big part in it. Oh, and we serve it with mashed potatoes.

A super easy Apricot chicken. Just add a packet of french oinon soup and a can of apricot juice to your chicken in the crock pot. then add your carrots and potatos. If you want beans or something I do them seperate in the micro.
