lol! Very sweet! Belle used to seem confused when people asked what grade she was in because we don't really take about grades.

Being a kindergartener has turned out to be a big deal to Cameron. He misses the public school cutoff by 3 days since it's 9/30 and he was born 10/3. That works well for us as homeschoolers since it means an extra year before we have to put him on the notice of intent and test him and all. But I think he is the youngest child in his class at church and so all the others (except the other homeschooled kid of course) are in kindergarten. So Cameron is very proud to identify himself as a kindergartener since the children in his class are kindergarteners.

I can see that. Declan is not around any kids that are in school except his cousin and we rarely see her.. so he has no real idea what being a "blank" means..kwim?

That is too cute. I wonder how Talen would answer that one. LOL He was telling people today he is going to be 3rd grade next year. All bc I said to Omi he is already doing mostly 1st and some second grade work. I guess my smart guy just put 2 and 2 together, so to speak. Ha ha!

What a sweet post.

We use grades for the people around us. But Eli is really gradeLESS because you can't just lump him into one grade. Remy loves saying he is a kinder. People are just so shocked and don't really understand. Here is this itty bitty who just looks so tiny compared with his own age and then he is really into his studies.

Ani claims fourth grade. She changes her grade on her birthday in February. She would be a month from the end of first grade by age-mates.
