I went with a friend of mine, just the two of us, no kids. It was a blast! There was a lot of people and a lot of vendors. I was VERY tempted to buy a lot of cool books for myself but had to keep reminding myself that I was there to hopefully find a few books for Ethan. My friends daughter is almost 2 so most of the stuff there, though VERY cool, was not applicable right now. I knew that would happen but I wanted to go and experience it anyways. We ended up buying some very cool board books from Usborne - a company out of London that makes really neat books!
The hard part was that it was very hot and the convention center was right next to Six Flags and Hurricane Harbor, which is our biggest water park around.....I'll just say that we almost changed our plans that day
Umm, I just realized how many times I said 'very' and 'cool' in this post....ha!...
Our newest addition, Caleb Alexander! Born September 2nd, 9 pounds and 2oz! Big brother Ethan is now 2 years old!
I love Usborne books. Them and DK. I know a few Usborne distributors. I've considered becoming one just for the cheaper books lol
