Any of you who may have dealt with it.. Noah will often question the way I want him to do something.. like today.he's doing a poster and is having a fit because I don't want him to color using the stencils..I want him to outline first.. I have my reasons.. he needs to deal. What do you all do if the kids question the way you want something done? I just know if he was still in school he wouldn't question the teacher if she said the exact same thing!

Well, honestly, I want my kids to question why I want them to do it a certain way. I want them to come up with their own way and tell me how they'd rather do it. Then we talk about my reasons and their reasons and sometimes they do it their way, sometimes mine, and sometimes we compromise.
