Don't you just love the flu. Ick! Congested, fever, body aches, you name it I have had it for the past two days. I seem to be on the up stretch now. I have asthma though so even if the other things start to get better I have to really pay attention to it so it doesn't turn into bronchitis, which it often has. Had to get my Dh to come home early from work to take my 4 month old girl to the doctor. She hadn't had a stinky diaper in a week so they gave us suppositories for her that seemed to have worked. Now I just hope that no one else in the family gets sick. So much for Memorial weekend.

That is too bad....I hope you are feeling better! I had to take my 4 mo old to the Dr today, conjunctivitis! Now, how does a 4 mo old get that when he is home all day with me and his siblings are homeschooled? Nobody else has it in the family....its a mystery!
Feel better soon!

I hope you're better soon. I've been battling a cold for well over a week now. No fun. (BTW, it is normal for a breastfed baby to go as long as 10 days without pooping and it's fine as long as the baby isn't acting uncomfortable... right around 3-4 months they often make a dramatic change in their pooping schedule.)

Thanks that's good to know about babies. My 3 year old was always super poo baby so this is new for me. And yeah she was acting uncomfortable. She would arch her back and just cry, poor thing. Seems to be doing better now that she has had 5 stinky diapers between last night and today. They said she was pretty stopped up.

Ani and Cameron were always big poopers and then at 3 months Fritz suddenly went from 6 times a day to once every 4-6 days. It was so weird. Of course then he started reacting to food I was eating and started pooping 12-16 times a day until I removed all the offending foods. Now he's back to pooping every couple days but if he goes longer he gets uncomfortable, but that's because he's still getting used to eating solid foods.
